In May 2000, Joe Bratkowski and David McCloy shared a vision to provide the very best delivery service to BC Lotteries on Vancouver Island and formed Blue Cap Distributors Ltd.

Over the years, Blue Cap expanded its range of services, products and markets.

In February 2006, Joe Bratkowski purchased the shares of David McCloy to become the sole owner of Blue Cap.

Today our vision remains the same - to provide the very best service at the very best price while focusing on each client's unique needs. Our guiding principles also remain the same: commitment to excellence, strong sense of ethics and shared accountability.
